This website, leproperties.ae, is operated by LIVINGEXPERT PROPERTIES L.L.C., trading as LE Properties (trade licence no. 1388629), of Office 1103, Grosvenor Business Tower, Al Thanyah First, Barsha Heights, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the entity responsible for personal data collected through this website ("we", "us", "our").

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and what choices you have. It is written to reflect the features actually present on this website and is governed by the applicable data protection laws of the United Arab Emirates, in particular Federal Decree-Law No. (45) of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Information (the "PDPL"). This policy describes our practices. It is not legal advice and does not create rights beyond those provided by applicable law.

We collect personal data only through the features described below.

We do not ask for, and this website has no feature designed to collect, sensitive personal data (such as data about health, religion or criminal records). Please do not include sensitive information in enquiry forms or cover notes.

• To respond to your property enquiries, provide information about listings, and arrange callbacks or viewings.
• To assess and process job applications and respond to careers inquiries.
• To measure how the website is used (via Google Analytics 4) so we can improve content and performance.
• To measure whether our advertising leads to enquiries or applications (via the Meta Pixel conversion events described in Section 9).
• To keep the website operating and secure, and to comply with applicable legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not use enquiry or application data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell personal data.

Under the PDPL, we process personal data:

• With your consent — when you voluntarily submit an enquiry or application form, or send us a message. You provide this information by choice, and you may withdraw your consent at any time (Section 11).
• As otherwise permitted by applicable law — for strictly necessary technical operation of the website (security, availability and fraud prevention), and to comply with legal obligations that apply to us, for example record-keeping requirements connected to our licensed real estate activity.

Technical measurement (analytics and conversion events) is not gated by a consent banner on this website at present; see Section 9 for what this means and how you can control it in your browser. We are reviewing our consent management approach.

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients, and only where needed:

• Our team. Sales advisors and, for applications, our recruitment team, see the data you submit.
• Hosting and service providers. This website, its database and its file storage are operated for us by our website platform provider (Base44). Images and media are served from its content delivery network.
• Analytics and advertising providers. Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Fonts) and Meta (Meta Pixel) receive data as described in Section 9.
• Embedded content providers. When a page element loads from a third party (for example the Google Maps embed of our office, Esri map imagery on property maps, Google Fonts, or streaming video for property tours), that provider receives the technical data needed to deliver it (Section 13).
• Property partners. Where your enquiry concerns a specific development or a property marketed with a developer, landlord or cooperating broker, we may share your relevant enquiry details with that partner so they can provide the information or viewing you asked for. We tell you who this will involve when it applies, and you can ask us not to.
• Others where required. Professional advisers, or public authorities, where required by law, to establish or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights and safety of our business, clients or others.

Our service providers may process data in countries other than the UAE, including countries whose data protection laws differ from ours. Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we rely on the transfer mechanisms and safeguards permitted under applicable UAE law, and we work with providers that apply appropriate contractual and technical protections. If you would like more information about the safeguards applied to a specific transfer, contact us (Section 15).

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy and for any legal or record-keeping obligations that apply to us. In practice this means:

• Enquiries are kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards so we have a record of the interaction, then deleted or anonymised.
• Job applications and CVs are kept while the recruitment process is ongoing and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Analytics and advertising measurement data is kept by the relevant provider in line with its own retention settings (Section 9).

Exact periods depend on the nature of the interaction and our legal obligations, so we apply these criteria case by case rather than publishing fixed durations. You may also ask us to delete your data at any time (Section 11).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. For example, CV files are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible, and enquiry and application records are accessible only to authorised members of our team and the service providers operating the website for us. Access is limited to those who need it to perform the purposes above.

No method of transmission over the internet or storage system is completely secure. While we take the protection of your data seriously, we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security of any information you transmit to us.

Based on the tools actually present on this website:

There is currently no cookie consent banner on this website, and these tools load when you open the site. You can control them through your browser settings (blocking or deleting cookies), through Google's Ads Settings, and through Meta's "Ad Preferences" and "Off-Facebook Activity" controls in your Facebook/Instagram account settings. Blocking these tools will not prevent you from browsing listings or submitting forms.

This website does not include a newsletter or automated marketing sign-up. We use your enquiry details to respond to your request, not to add you to marketing lists without your asking.

If you ask us to keep you informed about listings or opportunities (by email or WhatsApp), that is your choice and you can withdraw it at any time — tell the team member contacting you, message us on WhatsApp, or email connect@leproperties.ae. We will stop and confirm.

Advertising measurement by Meta is separate from our own messages; the controls in Section 9 (Meta Ad Preferences and Off-Facebook Activity) govern that.

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable UAE law, you have the following rights over personal data we hold about you:

• Access — ask whether we process your data and receive a copy.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — ask us to erase your data (for example an enquiry or application).
• Restriction — ask us to suspend processing while a dispute or verification is resolved.
• Objection — object to processing, including withdrawal of consent for any processing based on consent.
• Portability — where technically applicable, receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

To exercise any of these, email connect@leproperties.ae or call/WhatsApp +971 58 536 2693 (Section 15). We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some requests can be limited by legal exceptions (for example records we must keep under our licensing obligations). We will explain our response and, where we cannot fulfil a request, the reason.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can raise the matter with the relevant UAE authorities; the UAE government's data protection portal at u.ae explains the applicable framework.

This website and our services are directed at adults and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data through this website, contact us and we will delete it.

This website contains links to third-party services — for example WhatsApp chat links, our social media profiles (X, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube and Google), and phone and email links. When you follow them, those services receive information under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

Some pages load third-party content directly: a Google Maps embed of our office on the contact page, Esri map imagery on property maps, fonts from Google Fonts, and video streams for property tours. When these load, the relevant provider receives the technical data needed to deliver them (typically your IP address and page details). If you prefer not to load such content, you can block third-party content in your browser.

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page. This policy is effective from 5 October 2026.
